さてお陰様で手術は大成功でした!
僕はつくづく運が強いと思います!
逆境に強いんだな!
最初の術前の先生との打ち合わせでは、
肺に膨らんだ風船を取り除く手術の後、
一番治りの早い最良の縫合の仕方は、断念せざるを得ない状態だと言われちゃって!『なぜなら津川さんのこれまでの肺の状態が、肺炎やってたり、この度も手術するまでに、肺に管を入れたまま、二週間も仕事にいってて、肺に細菌が入ってる恐れが充分考えられるから、
術後は二本の管を入れたまま二週間、肺の中の雑菌を洗浄しなければならないらしい！
縫合後も縫った糸の隙間から漏れる空気を、肺が自然にその隙間を塞ぎ治癒してくれるのを待たなきゃならないとの事。
69才のお年を考えると、管を肺から抜くまでにも、四週間以上はかかりますから、退院はその先でしか考えられません!』
と言われたのだった!さて実際に手術にかかったら、
午後3時半から10時半まで、7時間かかったが、
なんと開けて見ると、肺の中には菌は全くいなかった!
最高に綺麗な状態だったから、縫合も最良のやり方である、
体に同化する布を貼って縫えたので、
穴や隙間を完全に塞ぐことが出来たとのこと!
このチームは先日肺の移植手術を成功させた猛者らしい！
まあ廿五年間タバコを止めてたのも良かったのかも知れない!
ということで、
俄然肺に入った二本の管も早く抜け、退院も早期に出来ることになりそう!
ちょっとした奇跡です!
術後!今日で四日目!
昨日一本肺の管を抜けました!
やっと色んな痛みに慣れてもきて、メールを書ける余裕も出来たんで、慎んで、ご報告まで申し上げますた！
