非常識な経営者の真相心理は、
球団初の二位に
のし上げた実力を持つ野村人気への
嫉妬だ。
球団創立以来

楽天関係者なら、
誰もが切望する、
悲願であり、
その可能性をもたらした監督に
感謝するべきが常識だが、
多くの経営者と言う輩の建前はともかく、本音には、その常識はない。
人間の最大のエネルギー源は嫉妬だ。
特に男子は、
その拭いきれない
嫉妬を、
根深いコンプレックスに成長させ、
更に巨大なエネルギーに変化させ得た連中は、
世の中での成功者となる可能性が高く、
リーダーの位置に着く事が出来る。
だから経営者と言う職種に着く人間は孤独な人が多い。
大金を出し、
球団を買い付け、
誕生をさせた男は、
俺は産みの親だと
言う誇りを持っている。
……が、
誰も尊敬はしてくれない。
やっと成績が上がったと思えば、
世間やマスコミの称賛は、監督や選手に向けられ、
人気や拍手は
現場を仕切る職人達の手柄として
独占されてしまう。
だから大金を出し、
全てのお膳立てをしたと自負を持つ
経営者は、
世間に無視されると
孤独感が増幅し、
その不満は、
持て囃される現場の功労者に向けられ
これを敏感に察知したサラリーマン達は
あることないこと
経営者に告げ口し、
ご機嫌を取る。
つまり
その企業を代表する効果的な広告塔となり、
利益をもたらした
功労者を、
嫉妬し、憎く思う
卑劣な人間が、
実は一番の味方である筈の経営者だと言う、
あり得ない事件が起こる訳だ。
現実は
身近な者同志ほど、
愛憎は増大する
ものだと言う事だ。
例えば民主党の小沢氏が、
最も嫌いな議員は、
自民党の谷垣総裁ではなく、
今一身に脚光を浴びている
同じ民主党の前原氏だったりするのだ。
役者の場合の最大のライバルも、
同世代の同じイメージを持つ他人ではない。
実は兄弟同志の敵意程
激しいものはないのだ。
企業のリーダーたる者が活躍し、
脚光を浴びる
現場の職人に、
激しく嫉妬し
憎く思うのは
世間的にも、
道徳的にも、
美意識的にも、
人格的にも、
醜く恥ずかしい事は本人も知っている。
だからこそ、
嫉妬は更に増幅し、
恨みは骨髄へと達し、屁理屈を弄し
姑息な手段で
大切な駒である部下を切って捨ててしまう。
男の嫉妬が、
女よりずっと恐ろしいのは、
シエクスピアは
『オセロ』の昔から、
見破っている。
僕も、そういう悪役を沢山演じて来て、
権力者が悪業に陥る心理やリアリティーを研究してきたから、
彼らの気持ちがよく理解出来る。
でなければ、
球団オーナーたる者が、
史上最大の決戦を目前に
『来年は辞めて貰う』とマスコミに発表し、
監督、コーチ、選手の士気をくじき、
現場の指令系統を乱し、
勝負の足を引っ張り、ファンを悲しませ、
あらゆる意味で
チームの不利益になる
ような
非常識はやらない。
役者もスポーツ選手も
素晴らしい結果を出す優秀な職人は、
性格的には偏屈で
毒舌を吐く
癖のある変人が多い。
だからこそ、
凄い結果を残しても来たのだ。
テレビの悪影響は
これら特殊な職人気質への尊重と理解を忘れ、
お客様は神様と尊大に思い込み、
お馬鹿な視聴者や
企業経営者を育てて、野放しにする。
彼らは日教組の教育よろしく、
文化人までを含め、
無意識に、
そして強引に、
全てを平均化し、
商品化し
組織化し
馴染まぬ異端者を
単なる好き嫌いで、
傍若無人に排除したがる。
異端者を理解する
インテリジェンスを無くしている事にさえ気付かぬ、
お馬鹿さんが、
偉大な文化人を、
恥ずかし気もなく
軽々しく批判し、
教養の無さを丸出しにする。
例え、野村監督と経営者の間に、
計り知れない、
どんな問題があろうとも、
権力者の文化人への無理解。
こう言った弱者への横暴。
姑息で卑怯な遺恨の晴らし方は、
気が狂ったとしか思えないやり方てあり、
野球を職業とするプロとしても最低だと言いたい。

下品丸出しのやり口だと、想像されてしまう。
折角監督や選手が持ち上げた企業イメージを一夜にして無に帰してしまい、
自ら墓穴を掘る

それにも、めげず、
気合いを込めて
勝負運を掴み、

二連勝をした監督や
コーチ、選手達。
その偉大いなプロ根性に拍手を送りたい。
昔、星野監督が日本シリーズ直前に、
『今季限りで引退』と発表した。
プロとしてあるまじき発言であり、
なぜ闘う選手の士気を故意に乱すのかと、呆れたことがあるが、やはりチームは
相手球団に惨敗を喫した。
優れた成績を残す
偉大な監督程、
経営者に媚びず、
選手にも厳しい。
孤独感に耐えきれず、心を乱してしまうこともあるのだろう。
この孤高の闘いに負けたリーダーは
厳しく勝負運から見放される。
星野監督は
その後オリンピックで
やはり采配に乱れが生じ、
ジャパンチームは、
勝負運に見放され
惨敗を喫した。
勝負の世界では、
技術もさることながら
運が大きく左右する、
勝負運を掴むのは、
監督や選手達、
現場の人間と経営者が
一丸となる気合いが必要だ。
無名選手から、
コツコツとプロ野球の道を極めてくれた
野村監督だからこそ、
経営者達の
姑息な妨害を跳ね返し、
日本シリーズを勝ち取っる偉業を成し遂げて欲しい。
雑草のように根強く、踏まれても、踏まれても
くじけづ、
コツコツ努力する事の大切さを
今の世の若者達に見せてやって欲しい。

私も数年前に両親や祖母を相次いで無くし、食事がのどを通らなくなり体調を崩した事があります。
私は兄弟も無く一人ぼっちになってしまいましたが、長門さんには弟の津川さんが居ます。
こんな時には血の繋がった兄弟の存在は心の支えになると思います。
長門さんを支えてあげてくださいね。
野村監督は、選手に対する人格攻撃を苛烈で卑怯極まりない方法で行うから駄目ですよ、津川さん。
ＷＢＣでも、アメリカでプレッシャーに耐えながら戦っていた日本代表選手たちを背後から撃つような罵倒コメントを、マスコミを通じて執拗に発信していた野村監督には、同じ日本人として恥ずかしいやら悲しいやら複雑な思いをした人達も多かったのでは？
先日も外国人選手の親御さんを本人の目の前で嘲笑なさったそうじゃないですか。
卑怯極まりないパワハラ監督ですね。
津川さんは阪神ファンのかたなんでしょうか？

津川さんのブログを拝見していると、いつも心がスッキリしてしまいます。
女性の世界も凄いものがあります。。。
踏まれても強く自分を生ききる雑草でありたいという気持ちは、例え小さく細くなったとしても捨てないようにしたいと思っています。
世間や人間は何が正誤なのか分からないくらい複雑に絡み合っていると思います。
津川さんの『サンタの隠れ家』は、私にとって「人生の先輩が＜ある座標＞を発信してくれている･･･」そのように思われてなりません。

今と昔の野村監督は別人のように感じられます
生活保護世帯の母子加算が復活する。
で、現在いくら貰っているのかというと、２６万円だそうだ。これに母子加算２万６千円が加わり、２８万６千円になる。更に子供手当が支給されれば（子供３人）３６万４０００円である。しかも、無税で医療費もタダ。更に、更に、これは日本人でなくとも支給されるのだ。
皆さん、今すぐ仕事を辞めて生活保護を貰いましょう。
民主党は勤労の大切さをどう考えているのでしょう？そうやって、日本人と日本を蝕んで行くのも日本解体戦略の一つなのだろうか。
もう一つ、文科省が防衛予算と同じでは気に食わぬと言っている。もう、正気の沙汰ではありません。国が無くなって、どうやって教育を行うのだ。どうやって、生活を保護するのだ。

長門さんご自身、まだ奥様が亡くなられたという実感がないため、お線香をあげられないとおっしゃっていました。
悲しみの深さを感じました。
あえて津川さんが南田さんがお亡くなりになられた事について触れていらっしゃらないのは、そんなお兄様を気遣っての事だと思いますよ。
今は私達もそっとして差し上げましょう。
自分は世の中に流行が起こった時に、それに対して何度も「これって正しいか？」と反感を持った事のあるひねくれ者です。
世間では野村監督擁護一辺倒のこの問題に対しても疑問を持ってしまいました。
例えばそろそろ引退を考えなければならない時期のボクサーに、「次が最後の試合だぞ。」と宣告するオーナー。
『「これが最後だ」と分かっているから悔いを残さないように戦える』そういう事だってあると思います。
いや、野村監督の言い分だって理解できるんですよ自分は。
大事な試合を前に、これが最後だなんて宣言することないじゃないかってね。
しかしそれは野村監督の「望み」であって、試合前の最後通告という「やり方」に対する批判とは分けて考えるべきだと思います。
上記のような考え方をするような人もいると思いますからね。
試合前の最後通告という「やり方」自体が非常識だ！という世の中の流行はおかしいと感じます。
試合前の最後通告が悪いのではなく、それを望まない野村監督とそれを行った経営陣との連携が取れていなかっただけ。
自分の目にはそういう問題にしか写りません。
仮に野村監督が「悔いを残さないように戦い抜きます」と考える人間だとしたら何も問題にはならなかったでしょうからね。

こういう偏った流行って息苦しくなるんですよね。
ＴＶや新聞や本などで情報を得るという事はとても勉強になることではありますが、その「内容」や「見方」がどのチャンネルを回しても同じだったら？
それは勉強というよりもむしろ洗脳のように自分は感じます。
さてみなさん、最後にマスコミの流行を一度全部とっぱらって「もしもあなたが経営陣だとしたらどういう選択を行っていたか」を考えてみませんか？
ＣＳで楽天が負けるのを待って解雇を告げるという波風を立てずに実行するのに丁度良い時期が来るのを待ちますか？
しかし「ＣＳまで進出できたんだから」とか、もしも「日本で一番になれたんだから」とかという事になって「ワシはまだ若い！来年も頑張れる！」という流れになった時。
それでも解雇をという選択を取りますか？
それとも７４歳の野村監督に来期も１年間仕事をして貰うという選択を取りますか？
果たしてどういう選択が一番良いんでしょうね。
野村監督の場合、これは非常識な選択だという流行が世の中に巻き起こっていますが
果たして試合前の最後通告という選択がそれほどまでに「ない」選択だったでしょうか？
と自分は感じています。
いつも関心する記事ばかりですが今回は
うなずけませんね。
野村監督がマスコミから発信される情報を鵜呑みにしすぎだと思います。
問題はお金でしょう。
彼の給料は１億５千万だそうですよ。
楽天球団は赤字です。
だからこそ年俸の安い外人さんの名前がでてきたのです。
もし野村監督が来季は半額にするって言えば明日にでも契約でしょう。
嫉妬という観点もあるかもしれませんが
所詮はお金ですよ。
民主党を支えるマスコミもお金だし
その首相もお金です。
ファンは球団が赤字だろうと優勝してくれれば良いのですから・・・

政治家や知り合いが亡くなられた事に対してお悔やみの記事を書くのと身内の事を書くのとは、全く違うだろ。
強要するもんじゃないよ。
今は、触れないでおきたいと自分は思う。
身内のことを書くのが当然という感覚の方がおかしい。アカの他人のことだから書けるんでしょう。身近なことほど書きにくい。この記事からもわかるでしょう。
ばか？後任がブラウンなのをみてもわかるように、たんに楽天は優勝できる強いチームにしたくないだけ。強いチームになって毎年優勝争いしてたら選手の年俸も高騰し、余計な出費になる。最下位でも困るけど、そこそこ勝ったり負けたりしてくれるチームならお客も離れない。つまり余計な経費もかからず、観客動員を維持できるちょうどいい塩梅の位置を望んでるのが三木谷の思惑。それには派手なパフォーマンスで観客を沸かせるブラウンはもってこい。監督としての能力には疑問符が付くけど、お客を盛り上げるパフォは上手。野村のボヤキもファンの興味をひいたけど、優勝までは必要なかったんだよ。嫉妬なんかするわけないじゃん。アフォらしい。
後味の悪いニュースだったのは間違いないですね
現場の者をあごで使うようなやり方は最近ではカッコいいのでしょうか。
マネをする人が増えないことを願うしかない。

今、なぜ野球なのでしょうか？
野球に限らず、スポーツは観客にとっては一種の娯楽であり、芝居や音楽鑑賞と本質的には同じものです。
戦時中にはこうしたものが禁止されたり、きびしく規制された過去があります。その事に賛否はあるでしょうが、国民が存亡を賭けた戦いの最中にあって、その戦いに疑念を抱かせたり、覚悟を鈍らせたりする誘因となるのであれば、有益とは言い難い。
一方、命の危険を常に意識しなければならない社会状況は、人間にとってかなりのストレスがかかります。正常な精神状態を維持し続けるためには、娯楽で息抜きをする必要もあります。それが戦地への慰問団であったりした訳です。
戦後６０年の長期に亘って平和を甘受して来た
日本人は、娯楽漬けの毎日であり、ストレスのはけ口というより、現実逃避の道具で在り続けたように思われます。そうした弊害として現実感覚の欠如した人間による事件も頻発しています。
そして今、ＴＶメディアが大衆を支配し、操作した結果が民主党という社会主義政権を誕生させた事実を考える時、果たして今、野村解任の話をして現実の政治から目を背けさせて良いものだろうか？それでは「のりぴー事件」の構造と同じではないのか？
とは云え、人間は弱いものです。津川様とて例外ではない。さぞお疲れなのだろうと、勝手に推察いたしております。たまの息抜き、野球談議ぐらいで目くじら立てて申し訳ありません。これからもキレのいい政治談義を期待しています。

私も野村監督は、ちょっと言い過ぎではないのか？と思ってしまう時がありますが、日本シリーズを目指している最中に解雇通告は酷すぎだと思います。
試合が完全に終了してから解雇通告を出しても遅くはないと思うような気がします。
普段のご意見には共感しますが、今回は共感できません。かなり状況を知っている方からの情報ですが、野村監督はまったく選手の支持を得ていません。ヤクルト、阪神時代と違ってチームの練習を見るよりマスコミのほうばかりを向いているようです。ペナントレース中にバラエティ番組に出ていましたし論外です。マスコミは巨人対楽天を視聴率的に望んでいます。サッチーもあれだけ貶められたテレビにまた嬉々として出ている。普通の人格ではないのです。今回ばかりは津川さんもマスコミ操作にだまされていますよ。
憂国の士、津川さんだから、
国家を守るためのお知恵を発信していってくださいませ。

今回の補欠選挙の結果を見ても、民主党よいしょのマスコミ報道が大きく影響している事は明らかである。すでに民主主義は崩壊しているのだ。保守陣営が巻き返すには民主的手続きを放棄しなければならない。
野蛮と非難されようと、正義を貫くには民主主義という欺瞞と偽善に戦いを挑むしか、真の民主主義は誕生しないのである。現在の日本の政治は衆愚政治であり、民主主義の衣をまとった共産無政府主義である。

読売は自民党寄りではありません。今のＴＶ局はスポンサーの意向で、報道すら捻じ曲げられているのです。国民がスポンサーのはずのＮＨＫですら、中国べったりの報道をしている。
私は自民党を支持してはいません。民主党以上に売国的議員もいるからです。それでも、民主党と比較したら、梅毒と淋病の違いくらいはあると思っています。もちろん、民主党が梅毒ですが。
